His leadership as company President since 2008 has strengthened Eatsential's strategic direction, innovation and culture—grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. Beyond the company, Beau remains actively involved with professional and community organizations. When he’s off the clock, one of his favorite roles is coaching his children on the field.

With more than 30 years in foodservice and supply chain management, she focuses on making work more connected, efficient and meaningful. She uses her expertise in GPO strategy to strengthen partnerships and create lasting value for customers and suppliers alike. A former educator and dedicated mentor, Christal is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. Her guidance ensures Eatsential continues to deliver nourishing, flavorful products that make mealtime enjoyable.

Kimberly Procaccino, RD, LDN, MBA, Vice President of Clinical Operations, is our in-house dietitian expert, with decades of experience in healthcare settings. Her skills in leading clinical nutrition programs and implementing standard operating procedures make her a driving force when it comes to education, innovation and mentorship for our nutrition team.

As Vice President of Sales, Michele Schlieger brings strategic insight, creativity and a strong track record of results to Eatsential. She works side by side with customers to ensure they have the solutions and support needed to provide dignified, high-quality care. Drawing on her deep understanding of the food and foodservice industry, Michele excels in strategic planning, team leadership and building partnerships that advance our mission.

Excellence Every Day

Matt Miller, Director of Operations, brings more than 30 years of food manufacturing and foodservice expertise to Eatsential. He leads production, purchasing, customer service and distribution with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency. Matt has been instrumental in streamlining and scaling production for our IDDSI Level 4 and 5 offerings. Outside of work, he enjoys farming, coaching football and spending time with his family—continuing his commitment to teamwork and growth in every field.
